Looking forward to reading Ancient Revenge and Malevolent Spirit as soon as I can! I'll try to post the trailer on facebook.
I love your piece about Aylesham, Pauline. A Derbyshire miner's daughter myself, I did not realise there were pits South of the Wash. Except in Cornwall of course but that was for TIN.
Eagle eye ever ready I did spot a mistake - a been where a be should have - er - been.
I note that you consider villages to be feminine. Is this a "well-known fact"? Gender is the bane of my life here in France. A French friend - un homme - once tried to persuade me that all good things are masculine and all bad ones feminine. I spent years looking for examples to prove the opposite.
I have just had a novel accepted by Whisky Creek and it seems to be taking for ever to get to the next stage ...
See you on FB ...
Hi Pauline, I grew up in the same village and left when I was 15 to live in Australia. Although not a regular reader of fiction I will make a point of buying your books. I also can never understand why the village had a bad reputation.
Best wishes on the release of your second book in the Merryweather Lodge series!
Hello Pauline;
I read your first book and thought it was fabulous and i now see a second one is coming out. I wanted to say that i really love the book cover for your second book and can't wait for it to be on the shelves. I look forward to reading it with as much gusto as i did the first. Thank you for such a very interesting read.

Have just read your account about Aylesham. I was born in Aylesham in 1946 and totally agree with your observations. A great place to be brought up. When were you there? Sam
I love the way the words in your description come together which allows, us, as readers, to feel the emotions that the characters exude.
Your books sound fascinating - I can't wait to read them!
What a gripping read, couldn't put it down. Pauline you have a God given talent and your parents, as with the rest of the family, would be extremely proud of you. Can't wait for your next book. Mum hasn't stopped 'raving' about it. And to think I was born in that house. Congratulations cousin on a marvellous achievement

Hi Pauline, well done with your website and congratulations on your accomplishments. - Book writing - what great ability, we all know how to tell a story but to have the confidence to take things to a novel stage is a brilliant feat. Good luck for the future. Your Mum and Dad would be so proud of you. Love to the familly - Kay and Philip Sutcliffe xx

I am so thrilled for you. A published book. Now that is a testament to perseverence and determination. I remember reading a draft of the first few pages, and it is so exciting to see the evolution and the finished book come to life.
Way to go.

Dear Pauline..
Fascinating and lovely short history of Aylesham, I am from the same village and left some 30 years ago to live in Eastry with my husband of 47 years.... We still maintain our unique accents. I have just purchased your trilogy and really look forward to reading them...Found you through a Facebook friend who still lives in Aylesham
Good luck with your continuing writing....
